Founded in 1994, M-Associates Inc. is a textile converter that prioritizes its customers, giving each one the service they desire. While up-to-date with the latest textile products, the company philosophy revolves around old-fashioned values when it comes to dealing with clients.

Over the past years, M-Associates has grown to accommodate the needs of its customers. Where it was once a source of mainly flag and banner textiles, it has expanded into the watersports and flotation device industries.

History

It all started in the late 1970's. A vision for a dyehouse in Paterson NJ was realized, and grew to be a successful business. In the early 1990's, the dyehouse could not directly purchase greige goods to dye and sell to customers. And the customers did not find a converter that would provide the service and flag textiles that they desired. From that desire to service our customers, M-Associates was established.

Despite the economic ups and downs that plagued the dyehouse, M- Associates thrived. Eventually in 2009, the dyehouse closed its doors. After much diligent searching, M-Associates secured new suppliers to continue its exceptional service and products for its customers.

Since that time, M-Associates has branched to accommodate the changing needs of its customers. Although the original textile line was nylons and polyesters to supply the flags & banners industries, the product line was expanded to knits and UL certified textiles to meet the wishes of the customers.

Now M-Associates is a leader in supplying UL certified textiles used to provide US Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices, water sportswear, athletic apparel, and more.
